Calendar

The same public moments as the timeline, listed by the month they begin: listening sessions, filing windows, debates, and Election Day. A span is filed under its first month. No account, and no outside calendar.

A cork board on a wall with blank notes pinned in loose rows.

January 2027

  • January 18, 2027

    Illustrative

    Listening tour opens

First public sessions: town halls, workplaces, campuses, and union halls. What we hear gets published, including the parts we did not hope to hear. The day moves if the tour actually starts on another day.

March 2027

  • March 15, 2027

    Illustrative

    Biography, values, and disclosures posted

The homework a voter can check: who he is, what he believes, and a financial disclosure. This date is a target. The page will name the real day when the documents are up.

April 2027

  • April 20, 2027

    Illustrative

    Ballot-access map published

State-by-state notes on signatures, deadlines, and where volunteer networks need to exist. Research only. Nothing on this site is a filing receipt, and no state is marked as qualified.

June 2027

  • June 15, 2027

    Illustrative

    Full platform published

A dated edition of the platform, written so a person can read it in one sitting. Later changes get a public note. The text on this demonstration site is the working draft, not that finished edition.

September 2027

  • September 8 – October 15, 2027

    Illustrative

    Public pressure-test

Critics, practitioners, and citizens are invited to tear holes in the proposals. If someone has a better idea, the revision is posted. These two dates bookend the working window.

November 2027

  • November 2027 – January 2028

    Illustrative

    Early-state filing window

States set the real deadlines, and many of them are not published yet. This band is a placeholder for when early contests usually require paperwork. Each official deadline will replace this note. No filing is claimed.

January 2028

  • January – February 2028

    Illustrative

    Early-state contests

The first caucuses and primaries. Parties and states own the real calendar. We will correct this row when those dates are official, and we will show up where voters actually decide.

February 2028

  • February – June 2028

    Illustrative

    Primary debate window

Sponsors, sites, and nights are not set here. Whenever a debate is real, the standard is the same: disagree without dehumanizing, and correct the record when we are wrong.

March 2028

  • March 7, 2028

    Illustrative

    Super Tuesday window

March 7, 2028 is a Tuesday, which is the usual shape of that day. It is a placeholder, not a claim that any party has locked the date.

July 2028

  • Mid-July – August 2028

    Illustrative

    Convention season

Major-party conventions usually fall in mid-to-late summer. Host cities and exact weeks are not named here. They will be posted when they are official.

September 2028

  • September 15 – October 23, 2028

    Illustrative

    General-election debate window

A placeholder for the fall debates. The sponsor, the sites, and the nights are not booked by this page.

November 2028

  • Tuesday, November 7, 2028

    Firm date

    Election Day

The Tuesday after the first Monday in November, set by federal law. The ask that day is plain. This date is not a claim of ballot access.

January 2029

  • Saturday, January 20, 2029

    Firm date

    Inauguration Day

The constitutional start of a presidential term. It matters only if he wins. A Saturday inauguration is often celebrated in public the following Monday. The legal date stays January 20.

April 2029

  • April 29, 2029

    Firm date

    First 100 days ends

Day 100 if he takes office on January 20, 2029. The scoreboard for that stretch should already be public. This row is calendar math, not a prediction.
