Roadmap
The plan is the argument. This page is the map: four phases through Election Day, then the handoff if voters say yes. It is the same spine as the written plan, drawn so you can scan it. Dates that are law are marked firm on the timeline. Everything else is a placeholder we will correct when a state, a party, or this campaign actually sets it.

Phase 1 · Now through early 2027
Foundations
Put the record, the listening, and the rules of the campaign where a voter can check them.
- Biography, values, and financial disclosures posted
- Listening sessions, with the notes published
- An open donor policy on this site
- Ballot-access research, state by state — research, not a filing
Phase 2 · 2027
Prove the ideas
Publish the platform, let critics tear at it, and show the revisions in public.
- A dated platform a person can read in one sitting
- A public log when a better idea changes the text
- Organizers who can explain it without him in the room
- The small-dollar share, once real money exists to count
Phase 3 · Primary season through summer 2028
Compete
File, debate, and ask for votes in the open — ideas and character, not volume.
- Early-state deadlines posted when the states publish them
- Debates without dehumanizing anyone
- A wider set of rooms than the people who already agree
- Rules, delegates, and voters followed where people can see
Phase 4 · Summer through November 7, 2028
The general election
A 50-state conversation, a steady platform, and a plain ask on Election Day.
- Organizing beyond the places campaigns usually stop
- Fall debates, once a sponsor actually sets them
- A first-100-days agenda published before the vote
- Election Day: Tuesday, November 7, 2028
If he wins
The first 100 days
January 20 – April 29, 2029
This is the governing handoff, not a guess about the result. Inauguration Day is set by the Constitution: Saturday, January 20, 2029. Day 100 is April 29, 2029. None of it happens unless voters hire him. The agenda itself is published before Election Day, so the first hundred days are for doing the work, not inventing a new slogan.
01
Start from the agenda already published
Say what day one will actually open, and what will wait. No vanity list written for the applause.
02
Name the first people in public
Qualifications next to the names. Competence over a loyalty test. No surprise casts.
03
Leave a decision trail
On the first major actions: what was decided, by whom, on what evidence, and how the public will know if it worked.
04
Put the year-one scoreboard up
Permitting, care, schools, elections, and security — in language a citizen can check without a decoder ring.
